• Organization and Supervision of different projects with individual requirements
• Translate effectively and accurately the retouch information from English into Vietnamese language
• Lead and manage the Nightshift Team, assign tasks and ensure productivity and performance goals.
• Quality Management: Check the quality of work to ensure a high working standard
• Time Management: Track the progress of work and ensure on time delivery
• Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Photoshop, including retouching, extracting and colour correction for products.
• Retouch digital images of fashion (clothes, people, shoes, jewelry etc.) different brand standards at a superior quality.
• Composing or creative retouch tasks can be required based on each project from time to time.

• Tổ chức và quản lý các dự án với nhiều yêu cầu khác nhau.
• Phiên dịch chính xác các yêu cầu xử lý các loại hình ảnh từ tiếng Anh sang tiếng Việt.
• Quản lý Ca đêm, phân công công việc và bảo đảm hoàn thành công việc cũng như mục tiêu được giao.
• Quản lý chất lượng: kiểm tra chất lượng của hình ảnh để đảm bảo đạt đúng tiêu chuẩn của công ty.
• Quản lý thời gian: Theo dõi tiến độ công việc và bảo đảm thời hạn giao hàng.
• Thể hiện được tính chuyên nghiệp trong việc sử dụng Photoshop cho các công việc chỉnh sửa ảnh, chỉnh sửa màu sắc và trích xuất ảnh.
• Xử lý ảnh kỹ thuật số với chất lượng hoàn hảo về ngành nghề thời trang (quần áo, người mẫu, giày, trang sức …) với các thương hiệu khác nhau.
• Có thể yêu cầu sự sáng tạo tùy theo từng dự án.

• Fluency in English language, advanced level – written and oral
• Good knowledge in Adobe program "Photoshop”
• Excellent communications and leadership skills
• Problem solving skills
• Organized and team player mentality
• Preferable candidate good at planning and organizational skills
• Experience in supporting Project Management and / or working in a Mac based environment is an advantage
