**ROLE AND RESPONSIBITIES:
Job Overview: Reporting to Customer Services Manager, as an information bridge between customers, sales, production and other internal departments, to ensure all parties receive a high quality level of service and support. Detail tasks as below:
- Receive and monitor customer orders, price quote, new product code, quality...

- Responsibility to increasing the sales for customers to be in charge (included the current product and new product).
- Solve all matters relating to products, customer claims and other services.

- Update and share the purchase order & forecast information to all related departments.

- Follow up and control the delivery and shipping process.

- Follow data on ERP system

- Coperate with all related departments to hold the meeting for customer requirement

- Make the sales report to manager (weekly, monthly)

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

- Self-motivated, dedicated and good sense of customer communication.
- University graduate, major in Accounting, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- Have at least 01 year experience in same position. Experience in manufacturing company/ EPE is an advantage.
- Good skill in using Microsoft Office (Excel especially).

- Have experiences to use ERP system is advantage.
- Language: English (Business Level). Japanese is prefer.
